Constitutional Litigation

The State and Federal Constitutions guarantee to all citizens the right to due process and equal protection under law and provide a wide array of protections relating to the use and regulation of private and public lands. The State and Federal Constitutions further guarantee to all citizens the right of free access to the courts. We apply our extensive knowledge of constitutional law on behalf of clients whose constitutional rights have been infringed, including matters relating to free speech and the right to petition the government, as well as the related areas of freedom of religious exercise, and discrimination based on age or disabilities.
